Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, though slightly smaller than expected, were lovely and clean, though they had a strong smell of cleaning products. The service was top-notch, especially from Jack at the check-in desk. The location was even better than I had imagined, right across from a beautiful beach and close to Dana Point with all its attractions. The dining options were a bit limited, but I found some decent continental and Thai food. Overall, a great value for money experience.
Although the rooms could use updating, they were very comfortable. The hotel provides split water flow between the faucet and shower head. The service was helpful and attentive, although there was a lack of communication regarding construction plans outside. The location, right across from the beach, was great for easy beach access, but there were limited dining options within walking distance. The dining experience offered mainly sugar and carb options, but there were some healthier choices available.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were super cute with great little design touches, but they also needed a fair bit of TLC and updating. Despite being clean and comfy, my room looked nothing like the modern photo; it was very dated and quite dusty.
